Where does the product come from?
Chef Marc spends countless hours sourcing out Organic & Organic practicing farms around the tri-state area. He Personally visits each farm to see how the produce is grown and the animals are raised. Once a week he visits the fish market in Hunts Point, NY to inspect the quality of the fish he purchases and talks to fishermen about their fishing practices.

Can we visit the farms in person?
Most farmers welcome visitors to the their farms and we are happy to set up a visit so you can speak directly with the farmer; see how the food is grown and harvested or maybe get a few tips on how to grow at home.

How long does my produce stay fresh?
All the produce is picked the day before you receive it. The lettuce and vegetables have a shelf life of 1-2 weeks If you store it properly and keep them cold. The fish and meat are cut fresh and if you do not plan on using right away, you can freeze for a later use.

Can I request special items that are not on the list?
We are happy to find anything you like and Chef Marc has a great working relationship with all his famers that they might even be able to grow something specific for you.

What If I change my mind about something I ordered before it is delivered?
Please contact us by phone or email as soon as you can and if the product has not been picked, we will be able to cancel or change your order.
